Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Single Decode Purchases
Single decode purchases are one-time payments and are generally non-refundable once the decode has been used.
Refund Requests
If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from receiving the service, contact us at situationshipdecoder.support@gmail.com. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Paddle
Payments are processed by Paddle. Depending on the transaction, Paddle may handle payment-related customer support and refunds in accordance with its policies.
