This app is operated by Ahmed Taha Kasi, a sole proprietor, referred to as "we," "us," or "the app" throughout these terms.

Note: These terms were written by the app's founder, not reviewed by a lawyer. They're an honest, plain-language description of the rules for using this app. If you have concerns, contact us at situationshipdecoder.support@gmail.com before using the app.

1. What this app is

This app lets you paste a conversation you've had with someone and get an AI-generated read on the conversation — a verdict, an effort/interest score, and flags — and track that over multiple conversations with the same person.

This app does not give relationship, legal, medical, or psychological advice. The results are AI-generated opinions based on the text you provide, meant for entertainment and personal reflection. Don't treat them as professional advice or as a substitute for talking to a real person (a friend, therapist, or counselor) about a real relationship concern.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use this app. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be terminated.

3. Your account

  • You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You're responsible for the content you paste into the app.
  • One account per person — don't share accounts.
  • We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including abuse of the free-decode allowance, attempts to circumvent rate limits or paywalls, or misuse of the platform.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app to harass, stalk, or gather information on someone without a legitimate personal reason for logging that conversation (i.e., this is meant for conversations you're actually part of)
  • Attempt to access another user's data or account
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, free-tier limits, or subscription requirements
  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that isn't a genuine conversation you're part of

5. Subscriptions and payments

  • Subscription plans (weekly/monthly) and pay-per-decode purchases are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. Paddle acts as the merchant of record for all purchases — this means your purchase is legally made through Paddle, and Paddle's own terms, invoicing, and tax handling apply to the transaction alongside these terms.
  • Pricing is shown clearly before purchase, with no hidden fees or pre-selected upsells.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime through the subscription management portal (linked in Account Settings) — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
  • Refunds are handled per Paddle's refund policies. Contact situationshipdecoder.support@gmail.com if you have a billing issue and we'll work with Paddle on your behalf where possible.

6. Content and privacy

  • What happens to the content you paste in is described in full in our Privacy Policy.
  • You retain ownership of the conversations you paste in. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to generate your result — nothing more.
  • Don't paste content you don't have the right to share (e.g., content covered by an NDA or legal restriction).

7. AI-generated content — limitations

  • Verdicts, scores, and flags are generated by an AI model based on patterns in text. They can be wrong, oversimplified, or miss context the AI doesn't have.
  • The app is a tool for reflection, not a source of truth about another person's feelings or intentions.
  • We don't guarantee any particular level of accuracy in the results.

8. Termination

  • You can delete your account at any time through Account Settings. This is permanent and removes your data per our Privacy Policy.
  • We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, without a refund for unused subscription time in cases of violation.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
  • We're not liable for decisions you make based on the app's output, or for any relationship, emotional, or personal outcome connected to your use of the app.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where a payment-related dispute is governed by Paddle's own terms as the merchant of record.
